He did his BAMS from Ayurveda Campus, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. After his graduation, he has completed a Doctor of Medicine in yoga and rehabilitation from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhan Samsthana (SVYASA), Bangalore, India. He got the best MD award in 2016 from SVYASA University. He also has completed a diploma in yoga and naturopathy from Nepal Sanskrit University.
He has undergone rehabilitation training in various institutions including KWA stiff Rottal, Germany; National Institute of Nepal Institute Mental Health Neurosciences.

- Guest lecturer in PG diploma course at Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
