- 6:00 am – 6:30 am : pranayama
- 6:30 am -7:30 am : yogasan
- 7:30 am – 8: 00 am : tea
- 8:00 am -9:00 am : theory class
- 10: 00 am -11:00 pm : meal
- 11:00 pm – 12:00 pm : rest
- 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm : class
- 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm : cyclic meditation/ discussion class
- 2:00 pm -3:00 pm : games
- 3: 00 pm – 4:00 pm : karma yoga
- 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm : nature walk
- 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm : yogasan
- 6: 00 pm – 7: 30 pm : tratak, music, yoga
- 7:30 pm – 8: 30 pm : dinner
- 8:30 pm – 9:00 pm : happy assembly/ question – answer session
- 9:00 pm : bed
