8:00 am -9:30 am: self-study/tuning into nature/ Ayurveda therapy
9: 30 am -11:00 am: meal and rest
11:00 pm – 12:30 pm: Theory class
12:30 pm – 2:00 pm: Ayurveda therapy and practical
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Breakfast/food
3:00 pm -4:00 pm : rest
4: 00 pm – 5:00 pm: tuning to nature/ self study
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: rest
6: 00 pm – 7: 30 pm: yoga and meditation practice
7:30 pm – 8: 30 pm: dinner
8:30 pm – 9:00 pm: happy assembly/question-answer session/self study
9:00 pm : bed
Cost : 1300 USD in shared accommodation , 1500 USD in single room accommodation
